Yesterday, one of our own was courageous, strong and had the utmost bravery to push through an extremely difficult and painful time that no officer or person should ever have to experience.
We cannot express our deepest thoughts and prayers for our officer and his family.
Our officer is here today due to his thankless efforts and actions along with the quick response and actions of our responding law enforcement partners, EMS providers on scene, our dispatchers and then the hospital staff at both locations providing treatment. Our law enforcement and EMS partners who assisted in the escort assuring our officer to receive the quickest treatment as possible, you are appreciated more than words can describe.
From our communities we serve and first responder agencies near and far who have provided support in each way is beyond incredible.
It is without question, this type of violence must stop, and be rest assured, violence against law enforcement will not be tolerated.
We wish for the very best with a smooth recovery and healing for our officer.
